September 16, 2009 - FREEZING CODE SETS DISCUSSION

Thank you to all the participants and external industry representatives who have submitted comments on the topic of freezing the code sets. We encourage the public to continue sending in any additional comments for consideration and review.

Final decisions regarding the freezing of ICD-9-CM and/or ICD-10-CM/PCS will be subject to the rulemaking process.
