All non-committee attendees must pre-register via of the PAOC Meeting Registration link on the bottom of this page in the section called Related Links Inside CMS. If you are unable to register on-line, please fax the following information to Ms. Ilona Bowie at (301)650-5945: office telephone number, cell telephone number, emergency telephone number, E-mail address (if applicable), and company name, address and affiliation. Ms. Bowie will also provide directions to Martins West Caterers. |

Pre-Registration must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. EST, May 17, 2006. Since there is expected to be a large number of attendees, seating will be on a first come first serve basis. This information will be used to gauge seating capacity at the meeting facility, no participant list will be produced nor will this information be shared with anyone other than CMS.
