Computer Set Up For Training
Please review the steps below to ensure that your computer is set up properly to access the training:
1) Set your browser to allow pop-ups and active content:
a) If browser pop-up blocker software is installed on your machine, set it to allow pop-ups by selecting the appropriate option from the menu bar in your Web browser. Microsoft I.E. browser example is shown below:

b) Allow blocked content. If you receive a Security Warning pop-up window, click Yes to run the active content.

2) Verify that you have Flash player installed:
Browse to:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_15507 (must have Internet access)
Or go to the Adobe Web site (http://www.adobe.com) and search for “version test Flash player”
If a version number is not displayed in the TechNote page, install a newer version from the Adobe Flash Player Download Center.
3) Verify your Flash Player Security Settings
If you receive an Adobe Flash Player Security window like the one below, complete the following steps:
Step 1) Click the Settings... button on the Adobe Flash Player Security window. This will launch a new browser window titled Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Security Settings panel.
Step 2) Read the text shown on the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager panel - Global Security Settings tab and then click the Always allow radio button as shown below. Your settings will be updated; there is no OK or Submit button to select.

Step 3) Close all browser windows
- Close the browser window that contains the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager panel.
- Close the training menu window and all training windows by clicking the X button in the upper right corner
Step 4) Relaunch the training menu and desired training module. The training should now launch without an Adobe Flash Player Security warning. If the training Exit > Exit now button does not work, you should repeat above Steps 1 through 3.
