How much will it cost?


Payment varies with type of test. In Original Medicare you pay:
  • Nothing for fecal occult blood test


  • 20 percent for the barium enema


  • 25 percent for flexible sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy in all
    • hospital outpatient departments
    • ambulatory surgical centers

  • No Part B deductible
