Our Contact Database is searchable by two ways:

• By Type
• By State

There are three types of contacts: State Medicaid Agency, Program Integrity, and Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.  When you select By Type, you will be asked to select one of these.  Once you perform that function, the contacts for all states will be listed for that type.

If you chose By State, then you will select a given state, where all of that state's contacts will be displayed.
