Is
there any Internet-based assistance and tools?
Yes. Much of the job search and labor market
information (core services) that One-Stop Career
Centers offer
are available on the Internet at www.careeronestop.org.
There is also a tool, called the CareerOneStopCoach,
which is available at www.careeronestopcoach.org,
to assist with navigating the Web site and accessing
the services.
There is also a veterans-specific
electronic tool called the e-VETS Resource Advisor.
It includes information on job search tools and
tips, employment openings, career assessment,
education and training, and benefits and special
services available to veterans. The e-VETS Resource
Advisor helps veterans sort through the vast amount
of information available on the Internet. Based
on the clients personal profile and/or the
various services they select, the e-VETS Resource
Advisor will provide a list of Web site links
most relevant to their specific needs and interests.

and to access the tool, visit http://www.dol.gov/elaws/evets.htm.
