HCPCS Public Meetings Register to be a Primary Speaker by sending an email to the HCPCS mailbox at: cmshcpcs@cms.hhs.gov. In the subject box, please put the title of the meeting you wish to speak at (ex. Supplies & Other, Drugs, etc.). Include in your email the following information: your name, company name, telephone number, email address, date of meeting attending, agenda item number and whether or not you need audio/video support. You may also register to be a Primary Speaker by notifying one of the Public Meeting Coordinators, Jennifer Carver at 410-786-6610 or Felicia Eggleston at 410-786-9287. The Federal Register Notice included two dates for the Drugs, Radiopharmaceuticals, and Biologicals HCPCS Public Meeting. However, a second day was not necessary. Therefore, the April 29th date has been cancelled. There will only be one day for the Drugs, Radiopharmaceuticals, and Biologicals, April 28, 2009.

Because we can only estimate the amount of meeting time that will be needed, the meeting may adjourn early. The on-site check-in for visitors who have registered to attend the meeting will be held from 8:15am - 9:00am.
