The Medicaid Subrogation Implementation Guide (NCPDP Version 3.0) is currently available to NCPDP members, or for a fee to non-members.  For more information, click on the link to the NCPDP website in the "Related Links Outside CMS" at the bottom of the page.

Entities need adequate time to modify business processes, develop and test system and software changes for implementation of Version 3.0. of the NCPDP HIPAA standards.  The NCPDP Strategic National Implementation Process (SNIP) has created an important white paper to assist the pharmacy industry in preparing for the implementation of this transaction.  The white paper can be accessed under "Related Links Outside CMS" at the bottom of the page.
