The Investment Life Cycle Steering Committee (ILC SC) last met on September 23, 2009.  As a result, the following updates have occurred:

• The Technical Review Board (TRB) will begin conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) with participation from the Enterprise Data Center Group (EDCG) and the appropriate infrastructure support contractor.
• A new task has been added to the ILC Process as the first step in the Initiation Phase; the task is to send an initial email to the CMS EA_InTake Outlook Resource Mailbox.
• A Project Close Out Template has been added to the ILC as a Non Phase Specific Project Management Artifact.
• The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual has been updated and will now replace the SOMM.
• The System Design Document (SDD) has been updated.
• A Preliminary Design Review (PDR) Template has been added to the template library.
