Gene Frogge, Deputy Regional Administrator (Acting) Program Information The Seattle Regional Office (Region 10) should be your initial point of contact on any Medicare, Medicaid, or State Child Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), issue in the following states: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
The Seattle Regional Office also is responsible for oversight of the Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO) and for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Networks in 13 western states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming as well as the Pacific Territories of American Samoa, Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
