Program Information

The Kansas City Regional Office (Region 7) should be your initial point of contact on any Medicare, Medicaid, or State Child Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) issue in the following states: Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

The Kansas City Regional Office is also responsible for oversight of the Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO) and for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Networks in 13 states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri and Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
