- 2009 CD Suite "with the training modules, videos, fully searchable Resource Guide, toolkits, and more
- Two dynamic tracks for learning about Medicare:
- Basic Track- an overview of the Medicare program and more detail about Medigap Policies
- Advanced Track- an interactive opportunity to work through actual problem-solving scenarios on a variety of topics
- Plenary Session- combined sessions including Medicare Advantage Plans, Coordination of Benefits, Current Topics, Subject Matter Expert Panel, Generational Learning, and a hands on Computer Lab
