DRAFT PDP ENROLLMENT & DISENROLLMENT GUIDANCE FOR COMMENT

The CMS is issuing the draft revisions of the Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Enrollment and Disenrollment Guidance (see below) for a three-week comment period.  A summary of the changes is also included.  Comments on the draft revisions must be received by CMS no later than 5 p.m. (EDT), Monday, May 12, 2008.  Please submit all comments using the provided comment chart via e-mail to pdpenrollment@cms.hhs.gov, with "Comments on PDP Enrollment Guidance" in the subject line of the e-mail.
