The pilot was launched to participating organizations and sponsors on July 31, 2009. Outbound Enrollment Verification Models As provided in the October 8, 2009, HPMS memorandum entitled "Clarification of the Outbound Enrollment Verification Requirements in Section 70.6 of the Medicare Marketing Guidelines," CMS is providing for use by all plan sponsors a model enrollment verification letter and a model outbound enrollment verification script. Both models are posted below.
