This page contains information on CMS' annual reassignment process. Each fall, CMS identifies certain LIS beneficiaries whose PDP is terminating, or who would experience a premium liability if they remain in the same plan for the following year. Information includes material and information on the 2006 re-assignment process; 2007 will be added as soon as it is available.
