Updated Home Health Case Mix Grouper Software Package

In response to CMS review of comments received from the home health industry the specifications edits and layout for OASIS C have been revised. These revisions have necessitated changes to the HH PPS OASIS C grouper. The errata document detailing changes to the OASIS C instrument has been posted to the CMS website at http://www.cms.hhs.gov/OASIS/04_DataSpecifications.asp The replacement grouper dated November 19, 2009 is located below.

Home Health Case Mix Grouper Software Package

CMS is updating the HH PPS Grouper to reflect OASIS C implementation (effective January 1, 2010). The materials provided include an updated version (V3110) of the grouper logic (JAVA source code) and associated tables, an updated JAVA.dll software module and updated test cases to be used by those developing their own software to implement the grouper logic.
