PCSP Survey Initiatives

Website Satisfaction Survey:

The Medicare Website Satisfaction Survey measures providers' satisfaction with contractors' websites with a focus on customer service. This tool uses the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) methodology, which incorporates nationally benchmarked measures for satisfaction, future behavior, and customer impact. Currently there are 19 surveys in this initiative. Each score below is based on the immediate 300 previously completed customer surveys
